Neha founded Seashore Solutions to help operations-heavy businesses use technology that fits how they really work. Her career spans more than 27 years across financial services, logistics and manufacturing, including roles at Pershing LLC (BNY Mellon), Dun & Bradstreet, E*TRADE and Sony Electronics, and consulting engagements with the World Bank and Winged Keel Group.

She leads Seashore’s AI strategy practice and the development of its LogiTrac360 and RayCatcher platforms. In 2026 she completed the Post Graduate Program in Generative AI for Business Applications at the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business.
